i believe a KSA telephone no starting with 9 is a toll-free no. anyone knows how to dial such a no from a mobile phone?

Just dial the 800... as normal as the mobile providers know that it is a toll free number, not sure about the 9 as this is used by internal exchange land lines to get an external land line.

i'm using mobily and directly dialling 800 doesn't seem to work...

I am using both STC and Mobily and just dial the 800 number direct, our company got a few of these lines. Maybe the number you dialing is not working or there is something wrong.
