Health Supplement Shops

Hi,

I will be moving to Riyadh at some stage in the future (just waiting for my contract to come through) and I have a question. Are there shops there that carry health supplements such as flaxseed oil ?

I know that there are in Jeddah, so there should be some in Riyadh. The shop is called GNC and they sell all of the GNC products from the USA.

There ordering of products is a bit eratic so sometimes they run out of stock of a particular item. But they have a selection that is as good as anywhere else.

In fact anything, and this applies to nearly all products, can be bought in Saudi, and sometimes the selection is even better.

No problems in Riyadh either. You can get most stuff here from either the Health Shops or even the Pharmacies.
