Most malls have a place called GNC and I think this is the closest you can get to a health shop - not really a full blown fruit and veg type place more of a food supplement store with loads of fat burners, vitamins and the like....
Fresh veggies and fruit are in abundance in Jeddah which you can buy daily as well at most markets.

Rasbery Leaf. its a special herb. for preg women..so no ways will i get it in the health section at the supermarket. but guess i will just go without it..baby will make his apperance soon.
