I'm guessing you're wanting to remit funds back home-you can try the Western Union exchanges-easier option would be to get someone with a Saudi account to remit funds home for you.

Simple answer - go to the airport and exchange your cash into currency - either US dollars or Pounds - Option 1.
Option 2 - go to Riyad bank they can do money exchanges - also Al Raji bank (Al Rajeeeee) they changes cash.
Option 3. - Money exchange Western Union as stated above - here No issues
Option 4. - Money exchange branches - Ballad (Jeddah) Batha in Riyadh.
Other wise as the other person wrote - find someone who can assist you with your transaction - give them Riyals and they can transfer back home into your account??
